ABOUT THE FREE TOUR

The Free Foreclosure Tour is an action packed informative day for serious buyers only. You will learn everything you need to know about buying Real Estate at wholesale prices and be shown many of the best deals in Clermont.

We have a series of free foreclosure tours focusing on different areas. Each tour will focus on properties that are great opportunities based on their current price in relation to surrounding market values. We will have a professional Realtor from The TEAM at Homevest, a professional mortgage lender from FBC Mortgage, a home inspector and a property manager on each tour as a resource for our clients. During this process, not only do you have the opportunity to find a terrific home at a great price but you can also ask questions with our free one on one consultants from our team of experts.

DATES and TIMES

Our tours run weekly on every Saturday. Reservations are required by filling out our form here. For the Clermont tours, we will depart the Cracker Barrel (In front of the Home Depot) located at SR 50 & Oakley Seaver Rd., 1520 East SR 50 Clermont, FL 34711. For Orlando tours, locations will vary. The tour will leave at 9:00am sharp and will return around 12:30pm.

COST....

Free! There is no cost to join us on the foreclosure bus tour as long as you are pre-qualified through Jay or Jared with FBC Mortgage. The reason we require this is because Bank-Owned properties require a lender approval letter to be submitted with any and all offers. After you fill out the sign up sheet, they will contact you.

SUGGESTED SUPPLIES

The best priced properties are selling quickly all over Clermont and if you want to Steal that Deal, you should have the following ready:
- A Pre-Approval Letter from FBC or a lender of your choice - Bank owned (Foreclosed) properties
require a lender approval letter to be submitted with all offers.
- A camera to take pictures of the houses you really like.
- Your check book. You will need this for the escrow deposit money that is included with an offer on the
house you decide to buy.
- Be Ready to have a great time!
